REASI: Senior Congress leader and ex-Minister Jugal Kishore Sharma held a series of meetings with Sarpanchs, ex-Sarpanchs and Congress workers in Bhambla and Laiter Panchayats.
Addressing the meetings, Jugal Kishore Sharma talked about the upcoming Assembly elections, also about the current issues such as the constantly rising prices of essential commodities.
He said that after the erstwhile J&K state was turned into a UT the unemployment is at an all time high as the people from other states are now getting jobs in J&K. During the meetings, the participants also condemned the ongoing civilian killings in Kashmir, especially the killing of Rajni Bala, who was serving as a teacher under reserved category quota.
They said that Rajni Bala was a fearless woman and performed her duties diligently.
