JAMMU: Archery Association of Jammu and Kashmir organised a combined districts championship at Archery training facility of MA Stadium, here on Monday.
Spread over two days, the competition witnessed young archers of Sub-Junir age group from districts of Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Rajouri, Poonch, Doda and Ramban turned up for the annual activity.
In the closing function of the event, JP Singh, retired Inspector General of Police (IGP) of J&K Police was chief guest, who felicitated the medal winners from different districts and presented certificates of participation to others.
Guest of honour Rajeev Sharma and president of the Association, Vikram Singh were among other prominent present.
Also present were Sunil Sharma, Vikas Gupta, Manish Chatwal, Jagdish Raj and Joginder. The event took place under the technical supervision of coaches, Davinder and Anant Arya.

Jammu: Gold: Harjoot Singh, Charandeep, Ashank, Vinny Gupta, Feriha, Manya, Paramjoot, Jaivardhan Singh. Silver: Hargovind Singh, Japleen Kour, Kalyanay, Jeet, Jeet, Tanvi, Kinjal, Rishit,Kartik Singh. Bronze: Aarit, Kaaya, Siddhart, Sarvagya, Sambhavi, Sarvagya, Nitish Bawa.
Kathua: Gold: Samar, Hetal Rai, Metnansh, Mrityonjay, Mrityonjay
Doda: Gold: Harshveer, Vanshika, Harshveer. Silver: Ariz.
Rajouri: Gold: Satavya, Mahnoor
Samba:Gold Manikarnika, Sam
Ramban: Gold: Antra.
