Dear Editor,
When will the governments at the Centre and in the States take suitable action to study the procedures followed and the techniques/machinery used in the West to clear manhole blocks without risking the lives of sanitary workers? Is it such a complex technical matter that we cannot find a solution to adopt? Should a country which is unable to safeguard the life of its sanitary workers spend its resources on bullet trains and space flights to Mars?
