MENDHAR /UDHAMPUR: As many as 45 cases of copying were registered during the Annual Examinations of 12th Class in the border Tehsil of Mendhar and Udhampur on Tuesday.
The team of J and K Board of School Education (BOSE) conducted a raid in the Examination Centre Nos 4510 and 4511 in Government Higher Secondary School Mankote and registered 26 cases of copying.
It is pertinent to mention that Mendhar Center is famous for copying during the board examination and in this session only scores of copying cases were registered by the board team.
Meanwhile, A team headed by Pardeep Singh, Asstt Secretary Sub Office J and K Board Udhampur visited Centre No.7116 at Govt. Hr. Sec School Barmeen to check the Political Science paper of HSP-II examination annual session 2017 Regular Summer Zone and booked 19 candidates under unfair-means who were found in possession of copying material. A thorough search was made upon all candidates which led to recovery of copying material hidden by the concerned candidates. On spot instructions were issued to the Superintendent of the Centre of Examination to ensure a fair examination. The other members of the team comprised of Sunita Pathania, Section Officer and Reetika Sharma.
