Christmas day celebrated at JKPS Kunjwani with zeal & fervour

JAMMU: J.K. Public School, Kunjwani, conducted Christmas celebration with great zeal and fervour. Students performed carols, group dance and group song to celebrate the love of God and to create memories that last forever. This special performance was put up by the students of grades V- VIII.
The children apprised everyone with a long tradition of Christmas celebrations. The Students shared the background of the existence of Santa Claus. Carols echoed in the campus. The students also communicated the meaning of Christmas to all. The power packed enactment and singing performances stunned all to the core. The elements of energy and momentum could be witnessed in the children as they came forward and presented their performances.
The students, namely, Anrisa, Shayna, Om Keshwar and Amanjyot conducted the assembly and many students showcased their talent. The whole campus was adorned with Christmas Decorations. The Christmas Tree, Santa Claus and others dressed in red added to the merry spirit of Christmas.
Principal, Rajesh Rathore delivered his enlightening speech.
He asked students to groom themselves to be the shining stars of the future. He appealed them to be Santa Claus for those needy & downtrodden people around, who look towards the Lord Almighty to shower His grace & mercy on them.
Vice Principal, Shashi Rattan applauded the creative endeavours of students. School Coordinator, Inderjeet Kaur and Shivangani motivated the pupils to give their best. The celebration reached its culmination point with the resounding chorus of the song “Jingle bells, jingle bells”, which enthralled the audience.
