JAMMU: Young Rovers and Christian Stars B won their respective matches to advance in the ongoing Football Tournament, organised by 66 Bn Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) at Mini Stadium, Parade, here today.
In the first match of the day, Christian Stars B defeated Moonlight Football Club by a solitary goal. It was an interesting contest as both Christian clubs were involved in a dilly dallying battle throughout the game. The second scheduled match of the day won by aggressive side of Young Rovers, who made it an easy 7-0 win against Engineer XI to qualify for the second round of the competition.
