Chief Engineer J.K Sharma attains superannuation

JAMMU: Chief Engineer, Jatinder Kumar Sharma attained superannuation after rendering a rigorous service of more than 35 years in different departments i.e, PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, Igophy Canal at Leh, UEED Jammu, REW, JMC, Sewerage Department at Srinagar, PWD Circle at Kargil under various capacities starting as Sectional Officer since December 4, 1982.
The important and prestigious projects/works accomplished include widening and upgradation of Ranbir Canal, regulation of water supply of old Jammu City, investigation, design and planning of Irrigation and PHE Schemes, construction of roads and buildings, lanes and drains, etc in REW Samba and JMC, Sewerage Drainage Works at Jammu and Srinagar, Dha-Hanu Power Project of PDC in Ladakh Region, National Highway 301 Kargil-Zanskar Road, CRF and FM and Canal Works of Kargil and finally as Chief Engineer to act as Coordinator in PHE, I&FC Department Civil Secretariat J&K Jammu during the Assembly session.
