SRINAGAR: A deputation from Ramban, Asar and adjacent areas led by former MLA Dr. Chaman Lal this afternoon called on Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah here and presented him a memorandum of demands relating to the development of Ramban Assembly Constituency. The deputation among other things requested for upgradation of roads, strengthening of educational institutions, uplift of backward pockets and improvement in basic amenities.
The deputation expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for granting various administrative units in Ramban Constituency and said that it will give boost to the development activities in this area besides prompt service delivery and redressal of grievances of the people.
