JAMMU: The Republic Day was celebrated with dignity and patriotic spirit at the office premises of the Chief Education Officer (CEO), Jammu. Worthy CEO Jammu, Sh. Ajeet Sharma, unfurled the National Tricolour in the presence of officers and staff members.
The event was attended by worthy DEPO Jammu, Sh. B. D. Sharma, faculty members and cultural coordinators. Following the flag hoisting ceremony, the National Anthem was sung collectively by all present. The celebration highlighted the values of unity, discipline and respect for the Constitution of India.
Middle School Rattanpur, Zone Marh, celebrated the 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme began with the unfurling of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
The celebration was organised under the guidance of the School Incharge, Anjana Khajuria. The Chief Guest of the occasion was Balbir Lal, DDC Member, Marh, who addressed the students and highlighted the importance of the Indian Constitution, national unity, discipline, and the duties of responsible citizens. The Guest of Honour, Sham Lal Sharma, Ex-Sarpanch, Panchayat Saharan, graced the occasion and appreciated the students’ performances. He encouraged them to uphold moral values along with academic excellence.
