RAMBAN: On the directions of the District Development Commissioner Ramban Mohammad Aijaz, a joint team comprising Assistant Director CA and PD Ramban, Abdul Rashid Gania, Assistant Controller Legal Metrology Ramban, Kapil Jamwal and TSO Batote Satish Kotwal inspected biasness establishments in Ramban District.
While inspection of various business establishments at Patnitop and Sanasar for violation of various provision of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and J and K weight and measure Act, 1997 and packaged commodity rules as many as 17 traders were booked by the concerned on the spot and penalty of Rs 19,800 was imposed on the erring traders.
