NEW DELHI: BJP State President and Member of Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma, while raising the issue of poor BSNL services in Jammu and Kashmir in Lok Sabha, said that the people of this border state are made to suffer a lot. Inviting the attention of the Speaker towards the grievances of the BSNL subscribers, Jugal Kishore Sharma said that it can be understood that there might be some complications in rural and far flung areas but in cities and main towns also the subscribers are not getting proper signals. The position of 2G services is also not satisfactory and 3G services have not been made available till date. In comparison to BSNL, the private service providers are giving much better services. Jugal Kishore Sharma made a fervent appeal for ensuring the proper services to the subscribers in Jammu and Kashmir so that the people are not made to suffer anymore.
