Dear Editor,
The frustration and anger of Kashmiris, especially the youth, has not been addressed timely and properly. The situation therefore went from bad to worse. The advice of the Northern Army Commander is prudent and must be acted upon without delay. Talks should be held with everyone, including the separatists. Whatever possible must be done to bring peace to Kashmir.
