SRINAGAR: A sixteen years old (mentally Challanged) boy drowned in a stream in Ganderbal.
A 16 years old boy namely Aamir Rasool son of Ghulam Rasool Dar resident of Kurhama who was mentally challanged drowned in a stream. The said boy was retrieved and shifted to Sub District Hospital Ganderbal by locals where he was declared brought dead. After completion of legal formalities the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
