R S PURA: Police on Sunday arrested a bootlegger and recovered 42 pouches of liquor from his possession.
According to a report, a police party of Police Station R S Pura, laid a Naka at Badyal Bharmana and intercepted one pedestrian namely Bishan Dass son of Ram Chand resident of Malika Chack Satwari. On his personnel search, police recovered 42 pouches of liquor from his possession. The said accused was arrested and a case vide FIR NO. 84/16 under section 48-A Excise Act was registered against him.
