JAMMU: Indian Red Cross Society, Region Jammu and Government College for Women, Parade organised a voluntary blood donation camp in collaboration with HDFC Bank and PG Department of Blood Transfusion and Medicines, Government Medical College, Jammu. Around 17 volunteers of the college donated Blood.
Principal Government College for Women Parade, Dr Hemla Aggarwal inaugurated the camp. She lauded the gesture of the students who came forward and donated the blood for humanitarian cause.
A team of the doctors from Blood Transfusion Department, GMC, Jammu headed by Dr. Nazia managed the camp. The camp was organised by Dr. Aruna Dubey, Dean of College and NSS Programme Officers Dr. Richpal Singh and Prof. Shivali.
The camp was organised under the supervision of Arun Channa of HDFC Bank, Jammu.
