BJP urges workers to focus on strengthening party base

RAMBAN: A monthly meeting of workers and office bearers of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was held at the party headquarters on Thursday.
In the meeting, J&K BJP Vice President, Pawan Khajuria All Morcha Incharge; Munish Khajuria, Incharge Micro Donation and former MLA Ramban, Neelam Langeh, besides other office bearers were present.
Addressing party workers during the meeting, the BJP Vice President Pawan Khajuria urged the party workers to focus on strengthening the party base in J&K.
He asserted that as of today BJP is already the largest political party in the world but still a lot needs to be done for its further strengthening. He said that it is a matter of pride and satisfaction that the party has been quite successful in expanding the party base by making unprecedented inroads into the valley. He said that on one hand it shows that the people of Kashmir are highly impressed with the ideals of this party and policies launched by the BJP Govt to benefit each and every section of the society irrespective of caste creed or colour to which they belong. On the other hand it reflects the efforts put in by the party cadre in this direction especially by the party’s foot soldiers at the grass roots level.
Former MLA, Ramban and senior BJP leader from the area, Neelam Langeh, while addressing the party cadre present on the occasion, said that under the guidance and directions of the senior party functionaries, the party workers are dedicatedly putting in their best efforts to make the campaign a grand success. He assured the party leadership that the activists and workers of the Ramban unit have dedicated themselves to serve the common people as party’s foot soldiers and his team will leave no stone unturned in strengthening the party base across Ramban district that will ultimately encourage the culture of public participation in politics.
