BJP pays tributes to Pt. Premnath Dogra

JAMMU: On the occasion of 44th Death Anniversary of Pt. Premnath Dogra, State BJP unit paid rich tributes to the Dogra leader in a programme held here at Party Headquarters on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, BJP Senior leader Chander Mohan Sharma described Pt. Premnath Dogra as far sighted and visionary leader, who in the context of the circumstance prevailing in those days, started politics of strengthening nationalism and patriotism in State and founded Praja Parishad, which stood and fought for total integration of the State with rest of the country. He embraced all sections of society with core of his heart that is why he was elected President of Brahmin Sabha, President of Harijan Sevak Sangh and Sanatan Dharam Sabha.
State Vice-President Yudhvir Sethi said that the life of Panditji will remain to inspire the generations to come and it will also induce the patriotic feelings in them. He said that real tributes to this Dogra leader would be to take forward his mission of full integration of the state with the rest of the country.
State Vice-President Mamta Singh, State Secretary Vikram Randhawa, State Secretary Aseem Gupta, State Spokesperson Brig. Anil Gupta and Jammu District President Ayodhya Gupta also spoke on the occasion.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by State Secretary Sanjay Baru and Jammu District President Baldev Singh Ballowria who expressed gratitude to the senior leaders for sharing their experiences with present day party activists on the life of Panditji.
Karan Singh, Rajni Sethi, Suresh Jamwal, Usha Choudhary, Sakina Bano, Aseem Gupta, Bansi Lal Bharti, MLAS Rajesh Gupta and Tsering Dorjey, Balbir Ram Rattan, Purnima Sharma, Arvind Gupta, Baldev Singh Ballawria, Ayodhya Gupta, Sanjeeta Dogra, Sunil Dogra, Rekha Mahajan, Bawa Sharma, Gurmeet Randhawa, Rakesh Mishra, Monika Khosla, Sat Pal Karlupia, Raj Kumar, Jaideep Sambyal, Balwan Singh, Sanjeev Sharma, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, Tripta Jamwal, Jeet Angral, Vijay Sharma, Dinesh Gupta, Kulbushan Vohra, Omkar Singh and Balbir Gupta also paid their tributes.
