JAMMU: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir conducted meeting of its Assembly Constituency Prabharis & Convenors, District Presidents, District Prabharis and Seh-Prabharis at party headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, here.
Ravinder Raina, President, J&K BJP accompanied by Ashok Koul, General Secretary (organization) chiefly addressed the meeting.
Dr. Narinder Singh, National Secretary, BJP, Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana, MP (Rajya Sabha), Shamsher Singh Manhas, former MP (Rajya Sabha), Sat Sharma, former Minister, Suni Sharma, General Secretary and Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, General Secretary also addressed the meeting.
Ravinder Raina, while addressing the meeting, congratulated the party functionaries and appreciated their dedicated work during the just concluded Lok Sabha elections.
He said that the enthusiasm and the momentum of this election should be increased further while entering the next elections in Jammu & Kashmir.
He said that the party will note down all the suggestions and the issues raised by the senior party leaders present in the meeting and assured that the necessary action will be taken on all the suggestions listed by the party leaders.
He also told the party leaders to introspect the political working in their respective areas to prepare the organization for even better results in the next election.
Ashok Koul, while addressing the meeting, sought the detailed reporting of various aspects during the Parliamentary election in their respective areas. He also prompted them to share any issues, suggestions, or incidents during the period.
He also asked the senior party leader to put stress on the review of voter lists and work for a stronger organizational base. He also shared the list of important forthcoming party programmes with the party leaders.
Dr. Narinder Singh spoke on the management at the Mandal level and asked the party leaders to use the time between the elections to build up the faith of people in the party and its leaders.
Er. Ghulam Ali Khatana stressed on the support of all the communities to the BJP and asked the party leaders to approach the prominent leaders of these communities more vigorously to gain their further support in the next elections.
Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal conducted the proceedings of the
meeting.
