JAMMU: On the recommendation of Amit Shah BJP National President and Ram Lal, BJP National General Secretary to Vinod Shankar (MP), BJP National President SC Morcha, Surinder Bhagat was appointed as BJP Prabhari (SC) Chandigarh. He has also acted as BJP Prabhari of Himachal Pradesh.
