Addressing an enthusiastic crowd at Hillar Shahabad, Tehsil Dooru, Anantnag, despite the chilly cold, Azad emphasized the importance of unity in defeating divisive forces seeking to suppress the region.
He said: “I have returned to Jammu and Kashmir to protect my people from the present crisis. Our people are distressed, our rights have been unjustly snatched away.”

He said, “Other parties have misled the people and raised slogans they have since forgotten. How can we trust them anymore?” He urged the gathering to consider his track record, stating, “You have tested them for years and witnessed my two and a half years as Chief Minister.
