JAMMU: Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) Chairman & former CM Ghulam Nabi Azad on Sunday expressed grief and shock over the untimely demise of Lakhanpal Sharma, brother in law of former Minister/MLA Billawar Dr Manohar Lal Sharma in a tragic road accident at Channi, Kathua.
Azad extended his deepest condolences with the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.
“Sharma was the man of pious virtues and his untimely demise is a tragic loss for us all. I extend my deepest condolences with the bereaved family and pray for the departed soul,” he said.
He said the contribution to our society by Sharma will be remembered for times to come and he was a great philanthropist and social worker.
