KATHUA: An accused, who escaped from lockup of Rajbagh Police Station, was arrested again. He was trying to escape to Punjab, but was caught.
According to information, Rajbagh police had arrested a smuggler with a huge consignment of heroin and cash. The police registered a case and started further action, but accused escaped from the lockup, following which two cops were suspended. The police was looking for him and he was arrested on Sunday. The accused was identified as Murad Ali alias Murdu, son of Teg Ali, resident of Jakhbar Bigwan, Kathua.
