SRINAGAR: Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Asiea Naqash, on Saturday introduced a bill in the Legislative Assembly to amend the ‘Jammu and Kashmir Civic Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2014 (LA Bill No 6 of 2016). The Bill has already been published in an extraordinary issue of the government gazette.
