BHADARWAH: ASI among five police personnel got injured when a vehicle they were traveling in skidded off the road at Dhaveri Nallah in Gandoh area of Distt-Doda.
According to report, driver of a police vehicle (1 Ton 407) attached with Police Party Gandoh on its way from Guwari to Gandoh on reaching at Dhaveri Nallah, lost control on a sharp curve due to slippery condition resulting in skidding off the road and rolling down about 40 feet. An ASI among five officials received minor injuries in the accident.
Locals immediately rushed to the spot and after rescuing all the injured shifted them to SDH Gandoh for treatment.
The injured have been identified as ASI Ram Parshad, SPO Jaswant Singh, SPO Shahnawaz, SPO Imtyaz Hussain and Driver SPO Rakesh Kumar. Later, Shahnawaz was shifted to District Hospital Doda for specialised treatment.
