JAMMU: Young and promising cricketers Arya Suvansh Thakur and Mohd Manzir have got the National Selectors nod to represent India D and India E in the forthcoming BCCI’s prestigious Trophy to be held in Pondicherry. Arya is an opening batter, while Manzir is an all-rounder.
Earlier, Arya, Manzir and medium pacer Manit Jasrotia were picked for National Cricket Academy (NCA) Camp.
“Congratulations to both of you for being selected in India D and India E respectively. Keep the spirit up and make all of us proud,” said Brig Anil Gupta in a congratulatory message to these cricketers.
The Junior Selection Committee of JKCA deserves appreciation for their selection.
It is pertinent to mention here that JKCA Junior Selection Committee included Arun Sharma (Chairman), Jagtar Singh, Zahoor Bhat and Vikrant Taggar.
