Article 35A subjudice with SC, needs no debate: SRS

JAMMU: Hitting out at Kashmir based political parties in J and K State for misleading citizens on issue Article 35A, State President, Shri Ram Sena, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajiv Mahajan on Thursday said that the issue is subjudice with the Supreme Court and it is not good to raise voice against BJP.
Talking to reporters here today, Rajiv Mahajan said that the matter of Article 35A has reached the Court. “The Supreme Court has decided to hear the matter in detail on August 14 and a three-Judge Bench will hear the constitutionality of the Presidential Order, 1954,” he said adding that no one, who live on Indian soil, has been authorised to raise voice against Supreme Court’s verdict. Taking a dig at Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on her flag remarks, Rajiv asserted that if any positive decision in favour of Article 35A is given by the Supreme Court Mehbooba will definitely see that Indian citizens will reach at Jammu and Kashmir and unfurl the National Flag in every nook and corner of the State.
