RAJOURI: Army again provided selfless service when it averted a major loss to life and property due to fire incident in the house of Saeed Ahmed of village Pariyali, Tarkundi, District Rajouri on Wednesday. The fire broke out near the cow shed where harvested wheat and firewood was kept. Army column moving in close vicinity responded promptly to the call of civilians. The fire was spreading and was moving very fast towards the houses. The Army personnel quickly rushed to the spot and physically moved the locals and cattles to a safe place and started controlling the fire.
