Aradhana celebrates 11th Foundation Day

JAMMU: Aradhana, a self-funded non-governmental organization, is determined to provide education for underprivileged children for empowering them to find a better place in society. It has also started another project under ‘Sahayata chapter’ where medicines are delivered to senior citizens living alone in Jammu city.
The latest project is in collaboration with Indian army. We along with them are setting up a computer lab in a far flung area of Kashmir to ensure that children there also get an opportunity to move along with rest of the country. It was stated by Monika Mitter, Founder Aradhana, while speaking during a function held to commemorate 11th Foundation Day of NGO.
The function started with Annual General Meeting conducted by Founder & Chairperson Monika Mitter, followed by felicitation ceremony where best active member Sumit Mahajan, best passive member Sarvesh Langer, best active volunteer Ruchi Jain, best passive volunteer Rahul Sharma, best team Pallavi Mahajan, Srishti Gupta, Sahil Sehgal, best team head Mishika Dhar, highest contributor among passive members Sarang Sharma, best supporting member Bhawna Seth, AAROH corona warriors Paramveer Singh, Avinash Bogal & Sumit were felicitated. The yearly brochure was also released on the occasion.
