UDHAMPUR: Army Public School (APS) Udhampur lifted under-17 basketball girls title by defeating APS Dhar Road with 24-06 in the District level Inter-Zonal School tournament for U/14 and 17 (boys and girls), organized by Department of Youth Services and Sports at Army Public School Udhampur.
The tournament is being organized under the patronage of Jahangir Mir, Director General Youth Services and Sports J&K Govt. and Chairmanship of Sunil Singh Sambyal District Youth Services & Sports Officer Udhampur.
Tikri Zone clinched the title of Tennis Ball Cricket under-17 by defeating Ramnagar Zone by four wickets. The match was played at Sports Stadium Udhampur.
In under-14 basketball girls, Army Public School Udhampur defeated KC Gurukul by eight points.
District Youth Services and Sports Officer Udhampur, Sunil Singh Sambyal was the Chief Guest who interacted with the players.

The matches were officiated by Raj Kumar, Parminder Manhas, Kuldeep Sharma, Ravi Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Raman Kumar, Manik Nargotra, Anupama Sharma and Nisha Devi.
