KUPWARA: In view of the upcoming Assembly election 2014, the District Election Officer, Kupwara, Itrat Hussain Rafique on Tuesday nominated election 20 Nodal Officers for different activities for smooth conduct of the election in the district Kupwara under the close supervision of District Election Officer, Kupwara.
