JAMMU: Anugoonj-poetry collection book written by Madhu Gupta was unveiled today in Jammu by Dr. A.K. Gupta, President, All India Institute Medical Sciences, Vijaypur.
In this poetry collection of 52 poems of 85 pages, Madhu Gupta, wife of Dr Shakti Gupta, Director AIIMS Jammu, has touched every aspect.
There is a harsh attack on social inconsistencies. There are wonderful compositions on mother’s sad story, daughter-in-law’s poem, daughter-in-law, sister, grandson, farmer and father. The author has dedicated this book to her literary Guru late Vijay Gupta.
Besides, senior doctors and IIM Jammu Director Professor B.S. Sahay, Natrang Director Padma Shri Balwant Thakur, ex-MLA Pawan Gupta, many prominent citizens participated in book launch
function.
