Anticorruption Court accept closure report against then DC Reasi

JAMMU: Special Judge Anti-corruption Jammu Sanjay Dhar had accepted closure report in FIR NO 13/2013 which has been registered against then Deputy Commissioner Reasi P.R Pole and Naib Tehsildar, Reasi Sher Singh Thappa.
According to the FIR Deputy Commissioner had directly marked documents to the Naib Tehsildar ignoring the revenue officers between them. Such a lengthy process of registration of 206 Kanals 13 Marlas land in favour of a New Delhi party was completed within 20 to 25 days. The Naib Tehsildar has reported back to the Deputy Commissioner within five days. The registration had been done on the name of Nav Shri Jan Hotel and Resorts through Sanjeev Khajuria son of Hari Ram, a resident of Udhampur, presently putting up in New Delhi.
A total of 236 Kanals land existed at village Sool in the shape of a Nallah. Of this, 206 Kanals land was shown as agriculture land and 30 kanals as Nallah. They added that one Anudhan Singh son of Kamal Nain Singh, a resident of Barnai, Jammu was complainant in the case. Out of 236 Kanals land, 206 Kanals 13 Marlas was shown in favour of Gian Singh, Shivraj and Baldev Singh and registry done in favour of the New Delhi firm.
After completion of the investigation, Reasi police filed closure report against then Deputy Commissioner Reasi P.R Pole which was accepted by the Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Sanjay Dhar after hearing Advocate Amit Bhardwaj appearing for the complainant and Advocate Vikram Sharma appearing for the alleged accused, with the observations that the allegations made in the complaint have remained unsubstantiated.
