JAMMU: The All J&K Christian Sabha (AJKCS) on Wednesday hailed district administration to fulfill the long pending demands of the community by allotting a piece of state land at Miran Sahib for graveyard.
“On the directions of DC Jammu Sushma Chauhan, Christian community has been permitted to use a piece of land for graveyard purpose,” President AJKCS Ashu Peter Mattoo said in a press conference. Meanwhile, Sabha members nominated social activist & Chairman – Kotli Colony Welfare Trust, Chandan Datta as its Chief Patron for his efforts for welfare of Christian community. Others present on the occasion included Sunny Khokhar, Rohit Rocks, Lovely, Robin Bovas, Rafiq Gill, Vicky Bhatti, Pt Raju Kumar, Arun Mattoo, Jasbeer, Balkar and Sunny Gill.
