JAMMU: Deputy Leader of Congress Legislators Party and MLA Gool Arnas, Aijaz Ahmed Khan urged upon the government to ensure the implementation of recommendations of Khurshed Ganai Committee for opening new administrative units in the State.
MLA Gool Arnas said that government should fix priority in clearing the liabilities of flood relief, damaged infrastructure, plan provision for legimating the grievances of Jammu migrants and Kashmir migrants including PoK refugees as well as disposal of Roshni cases.
Khan also highlighted need of rehabilitation of families affected due to land acquisition for construction of hydro power projects, railway and National Highways.
Khan put forwarded various important issues in his Cut Motions which include settlement issues, implementation of Khurshed Ganai Committee Report, National Land Records Modernization Programme and demand provision of grants of relief for landslides affected people including 73 such cases of his constituency.
