JAMMU: Advik Sharma made his parents proud by winning bronze medal in under-9 category in five-day long 17th J&K UT Wushu Championship at Indoor Complex, Bhagwati Nagar.
The Championship was organised by Wushu Association of J&K (WAJK) in support with J&K Sports Council (JKSC).
In the closing function, Secretary JKSC, Nuzhat Gul was the Chief Guest while Ritu Singh, Mona Gupta, Manesh Gupta and Umesh were Guests of Honour.
Secretary JKSC, Nuzhat Gul gave bronze medal to Advik Sharma and appreciated his dedication and hard work in the championship for clinching the medal. Class 4 student Advik Sharma is son of Er Anil Sharma and Ela Choudhary.
