‘Adopt meditation, spiritual music therapy for inner peace’

JAMMU: To make people understand the importance of meditation and spiritual music therapy, Chairperson of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust, Raj Dogra want people of India especially students and younger generation to adopt the path of meditation and spiritual music therapy for inner peace.
According to Dogra, it is only with the magic of inner peace that a person can achieve happiness, prosperity, and wellness and climb the ladder of success very easily.
“If a person adopts the path of meditation and spiritual music therapy right from his child hood then it becomes very easy for him to remain free from stress, tension, anxiety and negativity throughout his life time and remain under the blessings of Almighty,” he said.
According to Dogra, some of the benefits of meditation in a person’s life are: sharper memory, increased concentration, better decision making and confidence, peaceful and happy mind, freedom from stress, fear, worry and anger.
Dogra said that it has now been proved by different research studies that Meditation therapy is a complete free natural medicine with not even point one percent of side effect but is hundred per cent of benefit. He appealed to the civil society and think tanks to come forward and make people understand the importance of meditation and spiritual music therapy.
