MENDHAR: Students of Government Degree College Mendhar under the supervision of Hamid Hashmi, Vice President Jammu and Kashmir Pahari Revolutionary Movement (JKPRM) have submitted two memorandums to SDM Mendhar Sher Singh but no action has been taken by the administration so far.
In the memorandum, they demanded various issues like garbage disposal from Bus Stand Mendhar and also from drains. The second memorandum demanded fixture of prices of mails, print, zerox, saloon shops and fares of light weight vehicles, for which SDM assured that he will issue suitable directions to the respective authorities and show positive results in one week.
“Two weeks have passed but no guidelines have been issued to the concerned authorities. This shows lack of commitment of administration to their duties and had adopted negligent attitude which is shameful” Hashmi said adding that he will knock the doors of judiciary for the enforcement of their legal and fundamental rights.
