JAMMU: Awakening soulswith malvi successfully hosted “Adhyatmikta: A Soul Healing Session,” a special event celebrating the International Day of Yoga at the Iconic Lawns of Hari Niwas, Jammu, set against the majestic backdrop of Amar Mahal.
The event commenced at 5:30 AM with Chief Guest Ritu Singh offering salutations to the Sun God amidst chanting by priests, lending an air of sanctity to the occasion. The energy of the early morning sun, combined with the collective devotion of the attendees, created an atmosphere of profound peace and spiritual awakening.
The session was led by yoga expert, Dr. Malvi Gupta, who guided participants through a journey of spiritual healing and self-discovery. Dr. Gupta’s expertise provided an enriching experience that aligned with the holistic essence of yoga, blending physical well-being with spiritual growth.
The event was graced by distinguished guests, including Guest of Honour Major Dr. Tilak Raj, MS ESIC Hospital Bari Brahmana Jammu. Additionally, Dr. Mahreen Wani from the Ayush Department, serving as Medical Officer, honored us with her presence.
In her address, Chief Guest Ritu Singh emphasized the deep spiritual essence of yoga. Her speech touched on the importance of preserving our cultural heritage, which yoga exemplifies, and urged everyone to integrate yoga into their daily lives for a healthier and happier existence.
Post the yoga session, a powerful Aarti on the lines of the Ganga Aarti was performed, paying tributes to Surya Putri Tawi Maa. This initiative, led by Dr. Singh, was a special observance of Ganga Dussehra. The tranquil surroundings of Hari Niwas Palace provided a perfect backdrop for this spiritual ceremony, enhancing the overall experience for everyone present.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from people of all age groups, who came together to celebrate the ancient practice of yoga. Through various sessions and demonstrations, participants experienced the profound benefits of yoga in achieving mental peace and physical well-being.
