JAMMU: Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday transferred Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Law and Order, Vijay Kumar to Delhi segment of AGMUT. “With the approval of Competent Authority, Vijay Kumar, IPS (AGMUT:1997) is hereby transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi Segment of AGMUT Cadre with immediate effect and until further orders,” reads an order issued by Anish Muraleedharan, Director (S), MHA, GoI.
