JAMMU: The Government on Wednesday promoted Additional Registrars, Joint Registrars among 22 High Court staffers.
“Consequent upon the approval of the the Chief Justice to the recommendations of the Committee for Appointment and Promotion of Officials/Officers of the High Court Staff Haroon Rashid Bhat, Additional Registrar (Adm) has been temporarily promoted as Registrar in the Level-13A, (131100-216600) in relaxation of qualification, against the post fallen vacant due to promotion of Azad Ahmad Wani while the representation submitted by Sansar Chand, Additional Registrar (Adm) seeking promotion as Registrar ahead of Haroon Rashid Bhat has been rejected being devoid of merit,” reads an order issued by Sanjeev Gupta, Registrar General, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
As per order, Permod Kumar, Joint Registrar (Adm.) has been temporarily promoted as Additional Registrar (Adm.) in the pay Level-13 (123100-215900); Bashir Ahmad Vaid, Deputy Registrar (Adm.) as Joint Registrar (Adm.) in the pay Level-12 (78800-209200); Rasal Singh, Assistant Registrar-I as Deputy Registrar(Adm.) in the pay Level-11 (67700-208700); Subash Chander, Assistant Registrar-II as Assistant Registrar-I in the pay Level-8A (50700-160600); Naseema Hassan, Assistant Registrar-II as Assistant Registrar-I in the pay Level-8A (50700-160600); Sunil Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Sood and Mohammad Younis Sheikh, Section Officers as Assistant Registrars-II in the pay Level-8 (47600-151100); Bilal Ahmad Wani, Court Officer as Section Officer in the pay Level-7 (44900-142400); Aftab Ahmad and Mohammad Shafi Ahanger, Head Assistants as Section Officers in the pay Level-7 (44900-142400); Bhawani Prasad, Head Assistant as Court Officer in the pay Level-6E (35900-113500); Kamla Devi, Manjit Singh and Baldev Singh, Senior Assistants as Head Assistants in the pay Level-6B (35600-112800).
As per another order, Satinder Singh, Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary has been temporarily promoted as Registrar in the pay Level-13A (131100-216600); Syed Mujtaba Hussain, Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary as Additional Registrar-cum-Secretary in the pay Level-13 (123100-215900); Anil Sanhotra, Secretary as Joint Registrar-cum-Secretary in the pay Level-12 (78800-209200); Bir Bahadur Singh, Private Secretary as Secretary in the pay Level-11 (67700-208700); Yasmeen Rashid, Private Secretary as Secretary in the pay Level-11 (67700-208700); Abdul Rashid Ganai and Ram Krishan, Senior Scale Stenographers as Private Secretaries in the pay Level-8 (47600-151100).
