JAMMU: Adbi Kunj J and K, Jammu, organised a literary meet here which was presided over by a prominent Hindi poetess Santosh Shah ‘Nadan’ while another well known Kashmiri and Urdu poetess Fozia Mugal Zia was the Guest of Honour.
Bishan Dass Khak, Literary Secretary conducted the proceeding of the meet.
President of the Organisation, Sham Talib highlighted the various aspects of holy festival of Raksha Bhandan whereas in prose session Aarash Om Dalmotra read out a special Urdu paper on Raksha Bandhan titled Rakhi-Dhagon-Ka-Tyohar while a very sensitive Urdu short story Rakhi-Aur-Zakham was presented by Sham Talib.
Some of the poets of the session included Santosh Shah Nadan, Fozia Mughal Zia, Aarash Dalmotra, Raj Kamal, Bishan Dass Khak, Raz Sohil, Sanjeev Kumar, S.K Gupta, Ved Uppal, Rajeev Kumar, Malik Singh Wafa and Sham Talib.
Vote of thanks was presented by Chairman Aarash Dalmotra in which he announced that Adbi Kunj Jammu is going to organise a book release function on the occasion of 43rd Foundation Day celebration 2017 at K.L Sehgal Hall of Cultrual Academy complex Jammu on August 11, 2017.
