NAGROTA : The Nagrota Police arrested absconder wanted since 2004. The accused identified as Sarwar Khan son of Sikander Khan resident of village Dhanu, district Udhampur booked in a case FIR 79/2004 under section 279/337/338 RPC was declared absconder by the Court on 2nd March, 2010.
