DODA: Police on Saturday arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since long.
According to a report, SHO Police Station Bhadarwah on a tip-off arrested one absconder namely, Mushtaq Ahmed son of Mohd Ramzan Sheikh resident of Soti, Tehsil Gandoh, was involved in case FIR No.271/1998 under section 354 RPC under section 354 RPC of Police Station Bhadarwah and evading his arrest since long and against whom Court of Sub Judge Bhadarwah has issued a warrant under section 512 CrPC on 11th Sep 2011.
The absconder was produced in the Court at Bhadarwah, from where he has been further dispatched to judicial lock up.
