JAMMU: The Gangyal Police on Thursday arrested one absconder namely Vipan Kumar son of Bua Ditta resident of Ward No. 13, Bishnah who was involved in a case registered under FIR No.119/2009 under section 379/RPC of Police Station Gangyal and was evading his arrest for the last seven years.
The court had already issued warrant under section 512 Cr. PC against the above said absconder. Arrest was made by Inspector Aejaz Wani SHO Police Station Gangyal under the supervision of SDPO City South and SP City South Jammu.
