JAMMU: Fifth batch comprising 34 trekkers including 18 females from different parts of country mostly hailing from Gujarat and Maharashtra participated in Seventh National Heritage Trek Expedition being organised by Youth Hostels Association of India J and K State Branch in collaboration with Udhampur administration.
The first batch has reached Patnitop today, second batch Sanasar and third batch reached Lander. Total 114 trekkers so far have reached on trek of J and K State from all parts of India.
This trek is being organised under the guidance of Mohd Shafi Pandit, National President of the Youth Hostels Association of India. Er. Padamshree S.P Varma Chairman YHAI J and State Branch send his message for the success of trek.
Balwan Singh Jamwal, Dy. Director Adventure Promotion was also present among others on the occasion.
