R S PURA : The Sixth Sant Samelan organised in Durga Mandir of Ward No 10, R S Pura concluded on Sunday with the religious discourses of Shri Janak Shastri and Swami Akhshranand Ji Maharaj from Haridwar.
The religious preachers including Mahant Madan Lal Ji said that the human being should give up materialistic desires and
fully dedicate himself to God to attain
eternal peace.
A vishal Bhandara was also organised on this occasion. Office bearers of Mandir Committee including Happy Kumar, Vijay Choudhary, Ramesh Chander, Kamal Choudhary, Parkash Chander and others said that this Samelan was organised to obtain the blessings of Devi Devtas and the Almighty.
Meanwhile a night Jagran was organised in village Tindey Kalan in which Naveen Punjabi and Naresh Kanth recited Bhaints which made the devotees spell bound.
The programme was organised by social activist Darshan Lal Banmotra in which the Local MLA Gaggan Bhagat was also present.
Darshan Lal Banmotra in his address said that the youth these days are getting drug addicts which will ultimately spoil their career. He said that people should keep such menace at an arms length.
Prominent among those present include Sonu, Shubam, Happy, Neeraj, Bunty, Parveen, Aman, Gopal and Tarsem Lal.
