Here’s how- Thinly slice an apple and take a few cinnamon sticks. Add them both to a bottle of water and let it sit in fridge. You can add apples and cinnamon sticks as per your taste. If you want a stronger taste, add more quantity of fruit.

Consuming aloe water is very good for your digestive system. You can take readymade aloe juice but the fresher it is, the better will be the results.
To prepare fresh aloe drink, slice aloe leaf into two and scoop out the pulp. Mix it with equal amounts of lemon and a cup of water in a blender.

To prepare this water, you have to take a bottle of water and add half a lemon juice and half knob of ginger (grated).
