JAMMU: Jump Rope Academy clinched winner trophy by winning 23 medals while District Kathua begged first runner-up trophy by clinching 20 medals in the 4th J and K State Jump Rope Championship held at Naveen Shiksha Kendra, Bari Brahmana, which concluded today.
In all, 280 players from seven districts of the State participated in the championship.
In the valedictory ceremony, Zonal Physical Education Officer (ZPEO) Purmandal, Bua Ditta Sharma was the Chief Guest who blessed the players and distributed medals among the winners.
He appreciated the performances of the players and efforts of the association. Dr. Seema Pawan Manhas also blessed the players with blessings.

GIRLS: Gold: Himangi Anand Captain Kathua Distt , Silky, Manvi, Kiran Bannotra, Aarti, Shivani, Priya Sharma and Thappa.
Silver: Priya, Seema Devi, Shivani Verma, Preety, Nikita, Diksha Mehra, Kirti Sharma, Jaiyda Akhtar, Shivali and Antriksha.
Bronze: Samiksha, Priya Sharma, Kashish, Devayani, Tammana, Ranjana, Pallvi, Shivani, Rani Silky, Arushi, Vishali and Munisha.
BOYS: Gold: Hamupawan Dev, Keshav, Ibrar, Aman, Mohit, Nadeen Sayeed, Sanjeet, Uddit Khullar, Raja Babu, Nikil Chib, Rahul, Baba Ditta, Shubam Anmol and Rajat Chib.
Silver: Anshu Sharma, Atul, Varun, Ritik, Rehman and Nishant.
Bronze: Angad, Krishna, Vansh, Nitin Rai, Paras, Avinash, Varun, Radhakrishan, Abhi Sharma, Deepesh, Sudhanshu, Ashwani and Ramesh Sharma.
