POONCH : The Mobile Magistrate Manzoor Ahmed Khan, during traffic Nakas at different places in district Poonch Challaned 32 vehicles and realised a fine of Rs 10,300 for overloading and violating other traffic rules.
The Magistrate also seized four tractors which were being used for commercial purposes and one motorcycle which was plying without documents.
