JAMMU: The State Government on Monday transferred three KAS officers while confirmed the services of 17 officers appointed through Combined Competitive Examination.
Ved Prakash, KAS, Deputy Director, Youth Services and Sports, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, Mohammad Latief, KAS, Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to Government, School Education Department.
Pradeep Kumar, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, J&K.
Meanwhile, the government has made confirmation of 17 officers appointed through Combined Competitive Examination.
An order issued by GAD states, ” In pursuance of Rule 22(1)(a) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, read with Rule 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Service (Probation and Examination) Rules, 2008, it is hereby ordered that the following 17 officers, appointed vide Government Order No. 429-GAD of 2008 dated 3rd April, 2008, shall be deemed to have completed their probation period satisfactorily. They include Sonam Norbo from Cooperatives; Aziz Ahmad Rather Rishi Kumar Sharma; Ghulam Mohd and Suhail Ahmad from Rural Development; Waseem Raja; Minakshi Vaid; Reyaz Ahmad Wani and Syed Shah Nawaz from Excise and Taxation; Shazia Kosar from Handlooms; Sundeep Singh Bali from Hospitality and Protocol; Avleen Kour Bali from Information; Muzafar Ali and Sapna Kotwal from Revenue; Kishore Singh , Rajeev Kumar and Mushtaq Ahmad Chowdhary from Social Welfare.
This order is issued without prejudice to the inter-seniority of these officers in their departmental service which will finalized by their respective Administrative Departments in accordance with the relevant rule, the GAD order further states.
